Home workout using chair. Using only chair you can still tackle each of the parts of your body to work. Here are the list of exercises:

🌸 Leg Lift(around the chair)- 30 sec
🍄 Cross Plank- 30 sec
🌺 Sitting Bicycle Crunch- 30 sec
🌞 Push Up- 30 sec
🍄 Dip - 30 sec
🍁 Up & Down Plank - 30 sec
✨ Spider Plank- 30 sec
🌲Mountain Climber- 30 sec

10 sec OFF between exercise
1 min each set
Do 3 - 5 sets (Depend on your fitness)
